muddl is a UK family calendar that brings school terms, childcare and holidays into one shared view. It's built for parents and carers to support routines and give visibility of what's going on in busy family life.

Yes. You can use muddl for free to get your family routine going. muddl+ allows you to add extra family members, calendar views by month and week and dark mode to ease eye strain.

muddl+ is £5 per month when billed monthly, or £3.50 per month when billed annually (£42 per year). The free plan stays free with no subscription.

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel muddl+ from your account in the app. If you cancel a paid subscription, you keep muddl+ until the end of the current billing period, then move back to the free plan. Refund terms, if any, are shown at checkout or in the app.

A range of term dates are available in muddl for academic years. A green tick means dates are available, a grey cross means they are coming soon, and a red mark means we cannot source them.

muddl term dates are based on local authority calendars, which usually apply to maintained schools in that area. Academies may follow the local authority dates or set their own. Independent schools set their own calendars. Always check important dates with your child's school.

Yes. Each child has their own colour-coded lane so you can see who is doing what and when. The free plan includes up to two children; muddl+ includes unlimited children and a filter to focus on one child at a time.

Yes. You can invite a partner, grandparent, childminder or other carers and add them to pick-ups, activities and routines.

muddl+ includes enough usage for all the family. It is not literally unlimited though: each muddl is capped at 50 children* and 50 family members*, which should be plenty for even the busiest households.

Yes. muddl is built for families in the UK, including local authority school term dates and a calendar designed around UK family life.
